Joyce Ann Balthazor
Joyce enjoyed watching TV with her family and playing outside with her dog, Kody. Joyce was a spiritual person, always using the guidance of her higher power to navigate through life. She passed while in the loving company of her daughter Debbie, while being sung “Amazing Grace”. She loved lazy Saturdays at home and favored McDonald’s McDouble with no pickles and fudge sundaes with no nuts and extra fudge.
Family ties were always important to Joyce, and she valued the time spent sitting around her coffee table drinking coffee and catching up with her close friends and relatives. Joyce had a survivor’s attitude and always battled what life had thrown at her. She believed in compassion, honesty, and always hugging goodbye.
Joyce would not want her death mourned, instead she would want her life celebrated and to honor her wish we are having a celebration of life in late summer of 2020, once quarantine is lifted.
My heart goes out to Debbie, but know God took another Angel home. I loved your family like they were my own and miss every one of them as I’ll miss Joyce. I love you Debbie, and again, if I can do anything to help you, PLEASE let me know, as your mom would not want you to go through this alone. Rest in Peace Joyce.
Debbie, my sincere condolences to you and your family! Hugs.
