Betty Cochrane, age 88, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until the time of service on Sunday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Betty was born December 12, 1933, in Adams County, Wisconsin to Fred and Bird (Austin) Stevens. She attended school in Adams County. On October 29, 1949, she married David R. Cochrane.
Betty enjoyed cooking, canning, and baking. She was a member of the GM Club for many years.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents: Fred & Bird, husband: David; son: Rickey; granddaughter: Lexi Hudson; great-grandson: David Celmer, and nine siblings.
Survivors include her daughter: Kathy Akkerman, grandchildren: Katrina Hudson (Robert), Angela Hudson (Marcus) & Jessica (Glenn) Crites; 8 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
Condolences to Betty’s passing. We always enjoyed her warmth and humor in our monthly GM get togethers.
So sorry to hear of Betty passing. Always so much fun to get together for the GM retirees lunch every month. She will be sadly missed.

We were sorry to hear of the death of our Aunt Betty Cochrane. We will sincerely miss you. Please express our condolences to her Daughter Kathy and Famly. Betty is the last one of the Stevens family and will be surely missed. She is now home with her husband Dave. May God be with both of them.
