Scott Alan Warp

Scott Alan Warp passed away in the early morning on January 6th 2025.

Scott was born on December 15th 1961 to Darlene and Samuel Warp in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Scott grew up in the Dellwood area, and graduated from Adams High School in 1980. Scott married Karen Aho in 1985 and together they had 2 boys, Anthony and Nicholas. In 1990, Scott and JoAnne were married, and together they had Hilary in 1991. Scott legally adopted Joanne’s daughter and son from her previous marriage, Renee and Ryan.

Scott was always one who loved the outdoors. He had many hobbies and was always busy doing something. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, tinkering on his old collector vehicles, and shooting archery with his children. He enjoyed his profession of truck driving and seeing all the different states he would drive through. He loved the color purple and always enjoyed listening to music. NASCAR (Darrell Waltrip), drag racing (John Force), Ted Nugent, and The Minnesota Vikings (only because they are purple) just to name a few of his favorite things to watch or listen too in his spare time.

Scott is preceded in death by his mother Darlene, his nephew Chase, and second wife JoAnne.

Scott is survived by his children Hilary (Charlie) Sprenger-Warp, Renee (Jason) Julseth, Ryan Warp, Anthony (Lauren) Warp, Nicholas (Jessica) Warp. His siblings Sam (Jean) Warp Jr, Cheryl Schweitzer, and Steve (Bobby Sue) Warp. 7 grandchildren; Lilly, CJ, Lexie,
Alyssa, Trista, Austin, and Vincent. Also many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends who have become family over the years.

A celebration of life will be held in the spring.

Scott’s family would like to thank AccentCare Hospice, Gunderson Cardiac Team in LaCrosse, and Froedtert Hospitals Cardiovascular ICU team for the wonderful care and support they provided to Scott and his family in the last few weeks.
