
Larry Denman
Larry was born November 21,1931, in the town of Loyd, WI, to Frank and Velva (Fry) Denman. Larry married Janice E. Clary Nov. 1951 and was divorced in 1980.
Larry remarried Jeannette Blackhall.
Larry served in the U.S. Army Reserve, worked at the Badger Army Ammunition plant, drove a milk route, worked in tire and ice cream sales, and operated a gasoline/service station in Westfield.
Larry enjoyed camping and loved playing Euchre.
Larry is survived by his partner, Janice Derlein; his sons and daughters-in-law, Randy L. (Debra), Richard L. (Rick) (Holly), and Brian J. (Rebecca); seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers James N. and Argus (Dick), sister-in-law Jo Ann (Shelby), grandson Michael Denman, and wife Jean (Blackhall).
Memorial service will be held at the Portage United Methodist Church on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday. A luncheon will follow the service.
The Denman family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Heritage House Assisted Living, Portage, WI, Wisconsin Dells Health Services, and Agrace Hospice Care, for the kind and caring assistance that they provided to Larry and his family over the past few years and weeks of his life.
