Sharon was born on May 31, 1940, in Wonewoc, Wisconsin, to Herman and Evelyn (Gheri) Hamburg. She graduated from Wonewoc High School.
On February 10, 1962, Sharon was united in marriage to Stanley A. Johnson in Wonewoc. She was employed at Kennedy Mills in Janesville and later worked as a daycare teacher at Community Day Care until her retirement.
Sharon enjoyed an active and social life. She loved swimming, playing Bunco, four-wheeling, card games, and dominos. She also enjoyed camping, traveling, snowmobiling, and tending to her flower gardens. Above all, Sharon cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were her greatest pride and joy.
She was a devoted member of her community, participating in the church ladies circle, Bible study, and serving as an Elections Chief Inspector. Sharon was also a member of the Winterpals Snowmobile Club and served as secretary for the Jackpine Snowmobile Club.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanley; her son, Ronald; her brother, David; her sister Linda; and her daughter-in-law, Sharon.
She is survived by her children, Rick, Jerry, and Ronda (Jon); her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her brothers, Merlin (Carol) and Michael (Annette); her sister-in-law, Sharon; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and special friends, Jane & Shirley.

My life wouldn’t be the same without Ronda in it, and I met Sharon through my close friendship with Ronda. The mother/daughter love they shared was infectious. RIP Sharon. Hopefully they have buttered popcorn in Heaven for you. She loved my stove top popcorn.
My deepest thoughts and prayers are with the family. Sharon was such a wonderful lady, may she now rest in peace.
I’m so sorry on the loss of Sharon. May God family and friends comfort you
