"Losing someone is the worst thing that can happen to anyone, its as if a piece of you dies with them, depending on how close you were to them defines the size of the piece. People have different ways of saying goodbye, some are open and some are private, but we all like to say goodbye in our way. I have had to deal with the loss of loved ones on many occasions, some people say too many but I am a better person for knowing each and every one of those people." ~Sampson "Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on the ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s rush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds of circling flight. I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there. I did not die. ~Mary Elizabeth Frye I have never been one great with words so I quoted others more eloquent than I because Pat was a woman who was as beautiful inside as she was outside. I am sorry I was unable to attend do to my spouse being in the hospital but my heart and thoughts were there with everyone as well as with Pat. I will miss you!
