He loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren and enjoyed Golf, woodworking & making birdhouses. He also enjoyed beating the boys at horseshoes and bargain shopping. There was never a time that he wasnt whistling or humming a tune.

    Wendy (and family),
I am so sorry to hear about your dad. He was just like a second father to me, and I have so many special memories of our times at your house. I can just picture our parents sitting around your kitchen table while we begged them to have another cup of coffee so we could play longer. I wish I had seen more of him the past few years, but I will surely miss him.
    Much love,
    Jennifer (Woodruff) Vander Laan
