My condolences to the family. I thought of him over the years. We grew up together on the Fair grounds in Red Wing. Just knew he was going to be a trucker. We would sit in his dads Ford and he taught me all the gears and how to shift. Fond memories of growing up. Always remembered his birthday was the 6th and mine on the 7th. I don’t remember who won but we both had Fords and we drag raced a couple of times between the bridges.
