Robert Francis Kacena, age 65, of Mauston, Wisconsin died November 23, 2007 at his home.
A Farewell gathering and short service will be from 3:00 – 6:00p.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Bob’s home. 1 Remington Road, Mauston, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family. Robert was born February 25, 1942 in Chicago , Illinois to Frank and Julia Kacena.
He married Anna Auguste Schwie on January 30, 1982 in Amory, MS . Bob worked for the railroad for 15 years before becoming a heavy machine operator. He worked on many important projects including dams, waterways, and bridges.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Julia Kacena.

Wife, Anna Kacena of Mauston, Wisconsin; Three Children: Robert Brian Kacena of Madison, Wisconsin; Jennifer Kacena and Joelene Kacena of Nome, Alaska. Five Step Children: Rev. William and Jeryl Schwie of Lone Rock, Wisconsin, Clifford and Rev. Renee Schwie, Pat and Greg Foytek, Barb and Mike Payne, and Kathy Haubert all of Phillips, Wisconsin; Sister, Jewel Radtke of Burbank, Illinois. Further survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
