Anna Belle Corbell Barber, age 85, of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin died Thursday, September 20, 2007 at the Hess Memorial Hospital in Mauston, Wisconsin.
Private family services are planned for a later date in Arizona.
Anna Belle was born July 23, 1922 in Lordsburg, New Mexico to Frank and Rita (Winslow) Corbell. She graduated from Lordsburg High School. Anna Belle married John W. Barber Sr. in 1941 in Clifton, AZ. This marriage was blessed with two sons. Anna Belle worked for Mountain Bell Telephone Company for many years until her retirement in 1978. She enjoyed her retirement in Arizona and Wisconsin until her health became an issue more recently.
Anna Belle enjoyed cooking, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Anna Belle was a past president of the Rainbow Girls of the State of New Mexico, and was a member of the Southern Baptist Church.
Anna Belle was preceded in death by her parents; and son, William S. Barber.

Granddaughter: Ashley Barber of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
Great-Granddaughter: Crimson Barber of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
Great-Granddaughter: Presley Chambers of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
Brother: C.P. (Dorothy) Corbell of Morenci, AZ
Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
