    Patti,
I remember having so much fun with you and your mom. How is it that we let go of all that when we grow up? I had heard you were caring for your mom and you did an amazing job. Our mom’s died only a couple days apart. They’re probably up in Heaven visiting now! God bless you sweetie. I know how confusing and exhausting these first weeks are after they go on ahead of us. We expect to be just fine after a couple good nights rest, and then it hits us again and we’re a wreck again. But I believe it will pass. They went through their valley, now we have to go through a different kind of one. But God’s grace is sufficient for this too, as it was when we were caring for our mothers. Your old buddie, Jacki
