George L. Farlinger, age 71, of Arkdale, Wisconsin passed away January 11, 2010 at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2010 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Pastor Marty Nolet will officiate. Interment will be at the East Arkdale Cemetery in Arkdale Wisconsin. Military honors will be presented by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Friday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.  
George was born August 15, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois. He served in the United States Marines during Korean War. George married Nola Mae Wright on May 16, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and going to local fairs and festivals.  
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nola Farlinger; parents; and brothers.

Daughter: Patricia Ramstack of Montello, Wisconsin
Sister: Geraldine Murray of Seminole, Florida
Brother: Wally Farlinger of Aurora, Colorado

When I first meet uncle George is when he came home from the military he came into the doorway dropped his duffle bag and picked me up threw me in the air and caught me and said Hi Im your Uncle Spike I have never forgotten that day as I will never forget my uncle George Farlinger may he rest in peace
