Annette Louise Hottenstein

Annette Louise Hottenstein, age 71, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Thursday, September 29, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Per Annette’s wishes, family and friends gathered for chili, campfire and a time of remembrance on Saturday, October 1st.

Annette enjoyed all holidays and decorated her home and yard for each of them. Many of the outside decorations were ones she made out of wood. She loved musical clocks and had them set so they would play minutes apart, her favorite one being Amazing Grace. She loved anything Tweety. At night, her favorite pastime was building puzzles and word searches.

She had a sense of humor and inner strength which she passed onto her sons. Even after finding out that her end was near, she said and did things to make us smile, laugh and strength to carry on.

Most of all she treasured time with her family and we will miss her dearly.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Howard T. and Anna E. Wilson; son, Edwin Wilson; sisters:, Mary Ann (Jim) Frawley, Francis (Dale) Abbott, Dorothy Moelk, Judy Carle; brother, Robert Wilson; sister-in-law, Helen Wilson; and brothers-in-law, Jerry Karleigh and Harvey Backhaus.
