Sorry for the loss of your Mother. She was always so cheery when she came to the clinic. ( Don’t worry she did’nt give away to many of yours and my moms teen year secrets, haha) She is at peace and in a wonderful place watching down as an Angel.

Dear Sharon and Jim, Michael and Barb, and loving grandkids,
Our love and sympathy are with you all. Aunt Helen was one of a kind. She was so good to me and my siblings when we stayed with her each August over many years while attending the Adams County Fair. She made great meals and carted us around, really taking an interest in our 4-H projects. She taught me how to properly iron a shirt. She kept a spotless home, and she and Uncle Bud threw many great Easters at the base of the Mound. She was keenly interested when I took the job at Chicago Tribune, as she was a loyal newspaperwoman. Aunt Helen loved the Nichols farm, and adored hearing the updates from Dad, then Ken, wanting to know every detail of the seasonal activity. She traveled there faithfully, up until age 95, I believe. We will miss her.
Sharon and Michael: I will miss my visits with your mother. We are all most fortunate to have had her company these many years.
You are in our thoughts and prayers. We will be with you from France on Sunday 23. With our love. Avec toute notre très profonde affection.
