Angeline Yanke

Angeline Yanke, age 87, of Nekoosa, Wisconsin passed away on January 9, 2013 at the Edgewater Haven Nursing Home in Port Edwards, Wisconsin. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin.   Interment will be at the Spring Branch Cemetery, Rome, Wisconsin.  Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.

Angeline was born September 25, 1925 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to John and Mary (Pusavar) Skusek.

She graduated from South Division High School in Milwaukee and then married Vernard H. Coyhis in Milwaukee. They had three children Vernard M., Bruce J., & Barbara A. and later divorced. Angeline met LeRoy Yanke, they were married for over 30 years before he passed away in 2002.

Angeline worked for Briggs & Stratton for 19 years and retired to her and LeRoy’s retirement home on Lake Camelot. They were active members of the Rome Sno-bandits.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John & Mary Skusek; son, Bruce Coyhis; husband, LeRoy Yanke; First Husband, Vernard H. Coyhis; sister, Mary Turk & brother, John Skusek

Survivors:

Son:  Vernard M. (Sharon) Coyhis of Nekoosa, Wisconsin

Daughter:  Barbara (Bill) Gaupp of Nekoosa, Wisconsin

Granddaughter:  Debra (John) Fujikana of Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Granddaughter:  Jennifer (Steve) Molepske of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin

Grandson:  Daniel (Mindy) Coyhis of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin

Seven Great-Grandchildren:  Crystal, Nicole, Jesse, Joshua, Johnathan, Makayla & Makenna

One Great-Great Grandson: Dominick

three step grandsons:  Ryan (Jackie), Brent(Jessica) & Justin

Five step great-grandchildren: Matthew, Noah, Olivia, Sofia & Michael

Angeline’s family would like to thank the staff at the Edgewater Haven Nursing Home for their excellent care.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
