Warren was born May 24, 1926 in Mankato, Minnesota to Joe Weber and Otillia Steinbech. He served in the US Navy during WWII and was aboard a destroyer, the USS South Dakota, when Japan signed the emancipation documentation ending the war. Warren married Martha O. Weber on December 01, 1967 in Mar Vista, California. He was a Professor at Compton College in California, retiring in 1981, they then moved to Prescott, Arizona and then moved to the Necedah area in 1992.
Warren hobbies include photography and he was an archaeologist. He explored South-West Indian Sites when he retired to Arizona.
Warren was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and four brothers.

Grandchild: Kyle Smith of Rimrock, Arizona
Grandchild: Kim (Mike) Wagner of Wadsworth, Ohio
Private family services will be held and interment will be at the Bay View Cemetery, Necedah, Wisconsin
