Blanche was born May 07, 1920 in Quincy Township, Adams County, Wisconsin to Robert and Hazel (Walker) Heitman. She attended Adams-Friendship High School and worked in Wisconsin Dells. She married Adolph C. Bork on September 30, 1939 in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. They farmed south of Easton until 1946 when they purchased their farm on Fern Avenue in Springville Township. Farming was a passion with her husband and children. Blanche’s priority was being a proud wife, mother, and homemaker. She always made sure all of her children got to Sunday school and church every Sunday. Blanche encouraged her children in their 4-H projects. She was a very good cook, especially homemade breads and baked beans. She worked hard to have a perfect vegetable and flower garden. Blanche enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and their achievements, as they were her passion. She was an active member of Davis Corners Church and their Ladies Aid, as well as a member of the local homemakers club.
Blanche was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Ronald; daughter-in-law, Marcia Bork; grandchildren: Ann Bork, Keith, and Renee Wormet; and great-grandchild, Kolton Bork; brothers: Howard and Leroy Heitman; sisters: Lucille Speich, Berniece Albee; and Mildred Heitman.
Blanche is survived by her children: Beverly (Harry) Wormet of Sauk City; Lloyd (Joy) Bork of Grand Marsh; Dean (Susan) Bork of Wausaukee; and Donna Bemis of Sun Prairie. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Irene Stone, and brother-in-law, Rueford Bork.
Our sincere condolences to the Bork family. As life time acquaintances Blanche and my mom Priscilla had many fond memories of their time on their family farms. We enjoyed our visit with her at the nursing home and remember fondly her wonderful smile. Dean my thoughts are with you and your family. Cheryl
Our condolences to each of the Bork family. Your Mom was such a nice lady and will be missed by so many. We’ll keep you in our thoughts in the days ahead.
To the family of Blanche, We too are sorry. The bitter-sweetness can be troubling presently, but our trust and faith will unite us with our Lord. He will give us lush meadows to lie where time has no existence. I enjoyed Adolph and Blanche as my own parents, people from a generation past. Few will carry that generation forward. May the Peace of the Lord be with each of you that yearn for yesterday where you sat as family with Adolph and Blanche. In Christ Love, Dennis and Mary

Beverly, Harry and all Blanche’s family,
We had so much fun together, playing bingo, doing goofy crafts, eating yummy things and lots of laughing. Enjoyed talking about her old stomping grounds here in Quincy, with her. It was fun to listen to her stories and compare notes about the places and people we knew. I’m glad I got to know her and be her friend.
My sympathy to you all.
