  1. Barb Beyer says:

Just heard today of my sweet friend Harold’s passing. My heart stopped when I walked toward his booth at the flea market and didn’t see his flags flying and his signs out. Doors locked up tight. Oh Harold, I’ll miss you more than you’ll ever know. You were a generous, caring, fun, funny one-of-a kind interesting man. What I’ll never forget is your true patriotism. Standing guard at fallen heroes’ funerals, even though it ripped your heart out every time. I won’t be able to go to the flea market for a long time. I love you my friend. Thank you for always being there for me, and everyone else who needed a friend. You had strong shoulders and helped carry a lot of other people’s burdens for them. Ride free–and Never, Ever pay full price!!
