Robert Prater,
age 86 of Adams, WI died Sunday, April 11, 2004 at his
residence.Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on
Saturday, April 17th, at the Kingdom Hall of
Jehovah’s Witnesses in Friendship, WI. Roseberry’s Funeral
Home & Crematory of Friendship, WI is assisting the family
with arrangements.
Robert was born on August 3, 1917 to Cornelius and Leona
(Paestke) Prater in Chicago, IL. He attended school at Edgar
High School graduating in 1936. He married Lois Vollenweider
on July 19, 1941 in Chicago, IL. Robert worked for
California Packing for 13 years. He retired in 1972 and
moved to Adams County.
Robert was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness.
