Isla F. Lamken, 80, of
Arkdale, WI , passed away peacefully on April 18, 2004,
after a long struggle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Isla is survived by her husband of 57 years, Eddie Lamken,
and her three children: Diana (Jim) Koehn, Chicago, IL;
Debbie (Tom) Spees, Wales, WI, and David (Mary) Lamken,
Waunakee, WI. Two grandchildren also survive her: Elizabeth
Spees, Union City, CA, and Rebecca Spees, Wales, WI.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Isla Fern
Lamken will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2004 at Arkdale Trinity
Lutheran Church. Those who wish to make a memorial should
send them to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 710 W. 168th
St., New York, NY 10032.
The family would like to thank the staff of Leisure
Living, Coloma, WI and Adams County Memorial Hospital for
the wonderful care Isla received.
