A Visitation gathering will be held at 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2^nd at Roseberry’s Funeral Home & Crematory in Friendship.

Roy was born on January 18, 1949 to Randall and Maude (Powell) Billington in Beaver Dam, WI. Roy served in the Army. He then did carpenter work.

Roy enjoyed making toys, fishing, hunting, and wood working.

He is preceded in death by his father (Randall – 1983); special friend (Rhonda Summey – 2003).
