John
Maddock, age 78 of Friendship, WI died Saturday, January 03,
2004 at Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, WI.
Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday,
January 6th at Roseberry’s Funeral Home &
Crematory of Friendship. Pastor Ron Hanson will officiate.
Military rites will be offered by the Adams VFW Post #6279;
the Adams American Legion Red Cloud Post #250; and the Grand
Marsh American Legion Snyder-Richardson Post #273.
John was born on October 31, 1925 to Fred and Ruth
(Olsen) Maddock in Milwaukee, WI. He married Marian Barnett
on April 23, 1977 in Rockton, IL. John received his masters
in plumbing. He taught plumbing at Okaloosa-Walton Junior
College. He was a building and plumbing inspector in Beloit.
John also was a building inspector for the Civil Service
Eglin Air force base in Florida. He was also in the armed
services in the Navy and then the Marines.
John was a member of the local VFW Post #6279 and in the
32nd degree Masons in the Town of Quincy. He
enjoyed fishing and making video tapes.
John is preceded in death by his parents.
