Kenneth
Dehmlow, age 69 of Friendship died Monday, March 22, 2004 at
University Hospital in Madison, WI following a courageous
battle with cancer.Funeral Service will be held at 10:00
a.m. on Friday, March 26th, 2004 at Roseberry’s
Funeral Home & Crematory in Friendship. Pastor George
Anderson will officiate. Military rites will be offered by
the Adams VFW Post #6279; the Adams American Legion Red
Cloud Post #250; and the Grand Marsh American Legion
Snyder-Richardson Post #273. Visitation will be from 4:00
p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25th and
Friday morning before the service at Roseberry’s.
Kenneth was born on December 30, 1934 to John and Stella
(Cerny) Dehmlow in the Town of Quincy, WI. He attended
school at Five Oaks Grade School and Adams-Friendship High
School. Kenneth married Betty Smith on May 29th,
1965. In addition to farming with his late brother John most
of his life, Kenneth also worked at Coca-Cola as a delivery
person, he drove a milk truck for Grande Cheese, worked at
the Boat Factory in Adams, drove school bus for the
Adams-Friendship School District for 18 years, and also
worked at Dependable Concrete until his retirement in 1997.
Kenneth enjoyed camping and playing cards "euchre".
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; brother
(John).
