MARY
ISABEL OCHS, age 86 of Adams, Wisconsin died Thursday, April
14, 2005 at the Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics in
Friendship following a sudden illness.Funeral services
will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 16th at the
St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Adams. Father James P.
McNamee will officiate. Interment will be in the St. Leo's
Catholic Cemetery, Friendship.
Mary was born on May 10, 1918 in Necedah, Wisconsin the
daughter of Peter and Margaret (Gunningham) Jameson. After
graduating from A-F High School she went to Eau Claire
College then Stevens Point State College getting her
teaching degree. She married John F. Ochs on January 31,
1942. She taught in Adams and also worked at the Red Owl
Store and was a teacher’s aid in Adams-Friendship School
District for several years. Mary was an active member of St.
Joseph’s Catholic Church and the Retired Teachers Assoc.
Mary was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, John F. Ochs and brother,
Gordon Jameson.
