Richard
Walter Albrecht, age 54, of Friendship, Wisconsin died
unexpectedly on Thursday, December 8, 2005 at the Moundview
Memorial Hospital & Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on
Monday, December 12, 2005 at the Arkdale Trinity Lutheran
Church in Arkdale, Wisconsin. The Rev. Ronald Hanson will
officiate. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday
at Arkdale Trinity Lutheran Church.
Richard was born May 15, 1951 in Adams,
Wisconsin to Richard C. and Marie (Cicvarek) Albrecht. He
graduated from Adams-Friendship High School in 1969. Richard
became a police officer for the City of Adams before earning
his Bachelor’s Degree at UW Stevens Point in the field of
education. He married Barbara A. Safeblade on October 26,
1974 in Arkdale, Wisconsin. Richard has worked as a teacher
for the Adams-Friendship Area Schools for over 20 years.
Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing, tying
flies for fly-fishing, cooking, and woodworking.
Richard was a member of the Wisconsin
Education Association.
He loved working with children in the Adams-Friendship
School District.
Richard was preceded in death by his
father; and stepfather (Vincent Kramer).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made
to the Richard Albrecht Scholarship Fund.

Orlando, FL

by several cousins, other relatives, and friends.
