 Edward
Eugene Bittorf, age 88, of Big Flats, Wisconsin died
Saturday, December 10, 2005 at the Riverview Hospital in
Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.Funeral
services will be 12 Noon on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at
the Big Flats Community Church in Big Flats, Wisconsin.
Pastor Milt Duntley will officiate. Interment will be at the
Big Flats Cemetery, Big Flats, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be on Wednesday at Big
Flats Community Church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of
service.
Edward was born November 11, 1917 in Eau
Claire, Wisconsin to John Henry and Myrtle (Gunn) Bittorf.
He grew up in Beloit, Wisconsin. Edward married Norma Jean
Gilroy on August 27, 1939 in Des Moines, Iowa. He worked for Flexicore Company of South Beloit, IL for 31 years. Edward
retired in 1979 and moved to the Adams-Friendship area that
same year.
Edward enjoyed gardening, fishing, word
searches and puzzles, latch hook rugs, and spending time
with his family and friends.
Edward was preceded in death by his
parents and sister, Catherine Frutiger.
