 Phyllisann
“Phyl” Woodring Chamberlain, age 74, of Friendship,
Wisconsin died unexpectedly on Friday, December 9, 2005 at
the Meriter Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin as a result of a
heart attack.
Private family memorial services will be held
at a later date.
Phyl was born February 11, 1931 in
Janesville, Wisconsin to Zain and Bernita (Lloyd) Woodring.
She graduated from Madison West High School and Temple
University in Philadelphia, PA – where she earned a
bachelor’s degree in accounting. Phyl married Richard Ralph
Chamberlain in Madison, Wisconsin.
Phyl enjoyed reading, crocheting, watching
movies, and spending time with her grandchildren. She
was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter in Reedsburg.
Phyl was preceded in death by her parents and
husband (Richard – 1976).
