Joseph
C. Bronder, age 63, of Friendship Wisconsin died January 08,
2005 at the Hospice Care Inc. in Madison, WI. Memorial
services will be 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2005 at
the Roseberry's Funeral Home & Crematory in Friendship,
Wisconsin. The Father James P. McNamee will officiate.
Visitation will be 1:30 to 4 p.m. on Friday at Roseberry's
Funeral Home & Crematory.
Joe was born March 19, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to Leo
Bronder and Josephine Filakowski. He married Joyce Polenik
on June 16, 1962 in Chicago, IL. He worked for the Great
Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company & Jewel Food Company as
distribution and transportation director for many years. Joe
retired in 1996 following an illness that required a liver
transplant. They moved to Adams County in 1996.
Joe was a fisherman; he enjoyed bowling, gardening,
photography, taking road trips, playing cards, and an avid
Cubs and Bears fan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the St.
Joseph’s Catholic Church of Adams.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents; one sister;
parents-in-law; and several uncles.
