Richard W. Duca, age 77 of Madison, formally of Adams died
Monday, January 24, 2005 at the Moundview Memorial Hospital
& Clinics in Friendship, WI .Memorial services will be
7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18th, 2005 at
Roseberry’s Funeral Home & Crematory in Friendship. Pastor
Pastor Kathryn Schifferdecker will officaite. Visitation
will be at Roseberry’s Friday, February 18th from
5 to the time of service.
Mr Duca was born January 4, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois the
son of William and Anna (Koppel) Duca. He grew up in Upper,
Michigan. Dick entered the Army after High School in 1946.
Following service he went to Northwestern University. He
then became a bank examiner for the FBI. After a few years
with the FBI he worked for a Bank in Chicago before moving
to Adams County around 1972 where he joined the M & I Bank
of Adams retiring in 1985 as President of the Bank.
Dick married Kathleen Barnas on February 27, 1954 in
Chicago. She preceded Dick in death on February 17, 1975. He
then was married to Martha Jane "Reichhoff" Flory. They
moved to Madison in 1985.
