Arthur P. Jerard, age
80, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Monday, July 25, 2005 at
the Meriter Health Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
A memorial gathering will be from 5 to 7 p.m.
on Friday, July 29, 2005 at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in
Friendship, Wisconsin. Military rites will be offered at
7:00 p.m. by the Adams VFW Post #6279; the Adams American
Legion Red Cloud Post #250; and the Grand Marsh American
Legion Snyder-Richardson Post #273.
Final interment will take place at the All
Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Illinois at a later date.
Arthur was born July 15, 1925 in Chicago,
Illinois to Peter and Beatrice (Facenti) Jerard. He was a
veteran of WWII, serving in the Army Air Corps as a
bombardier. After the war, Arthur was an instructor at
Butler University. Arthur married Margaret Bresnahan on May
15, 1948 in Chicago, IL. He worked in Chicago until 1980,
when he moved to Friendship. Arthur worked for Apollo Tool
in Westfield, WI until his retirement in 1992.
Arthur enjoyed hunting, fishing, model
railroading, listening to classical music, and musicals.
Arthur was preceded in death by his
parents; sisters (Rose, Antoinette, Beatrice, Marie, Edythe,
and Leona) and one brother (Tony).

Niece: Janet (Otto) Kampter of Niles, IL
Niece: Judy (Joe) Parker of Streamwood, IL
Sister-in-law: Ruth Jerard of Spooner, WI
Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends.
