Esther A Sobek, age 92 of Adams died Sunday,
July 31, 2005 at the Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinic in
Friendship, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be held at a 11:00
a.m. on Thursday, August 4th at Roseberry’s
Funeral Home in Friendship. Father James P. McNamee will
officiate. Interment will be in the St. Leos Catholic
Cemetery. Visitation will be at Roseberry’s on Thursday from
10:00 am until time of service.
Esther was born January 20, 1913 in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin the daughter of Anton and Mary
(Zielinski) Przychocki. She married Norbert Carl Sobek on
May 12, 1934. They ran a Moble Filling Station for 15 years
along with their son Jerry in West Milwaukee. She also
worked at Gimbles Department Store.
She enjoyed doing arts and crafts projects
along with her daughter in law.
She and her husband moved to Adams in 1981
to be near their son and they became members of St. Joseph’s
Catholic Church.
Esther was preceded in death by her parents,
husband, Norbert and son, Jerry

Grandchild: James (Anne) Sobek of Adams, Wisconsin
Grandchild: Thomas (Susan Oliver) Sobek of Grand Marsh,
Wisconsin
Great-Grandchildren: Alesha, Kimberly and Alexander Sobek of
Adams, Wisconsin
Great-Grandchildren: Kayla and Brooklyn Sobek of Grand
Marsh, Wisconsin
