Marvin Lee McCallister,
age 62, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Wednesday, June 1,
2005 at the Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinic in
Friendship, Wisconsin. Visitation
will be at Roseberry’s on Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral
services will be 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2005 at the
Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. The Rev.
Gary McCallister will officiate. Cremation will follow the
traditional service with final interment at the Quincy
Cemetery (Adams County) WI.
Marvin was born April 13, 1943 in Douglas
County, Missouri to Willard and Kayla (Saladin) McCallister.
He married Sandra Van Meter on January 31, 1969 in Aurora,
IL. Marvin worked for 42 years as a carpenter, a member of
Local 916 of Aurora. He was also the owner of Scott’s Tackle
of Friendship, WI.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents; a sister;
and an infant daughter (Christina).
