Wilbert "Bill" Allen, age 64, of Friendship, WI died Monday, February 28, 2005 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Baraboo, WI.

A Visitation Gathering will be held on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship.

Bill was born on December 18, 1940 in Aurora, Illinois. Bill married Sandy Easterly on March 2, 1968 Warrenville, IL. They moved to Inglis, Florida in 1973 and then to Friendship, WI in 1977. That same year they opened Bill’s Auto Body, which was open until 1993. During that time, they enjoyed attending car shows with their family and friends. Bill moved to Wisconsin Dells Health and Rehab since February of 2004.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents; wife (Sandy).

Survivors include his daughters, Christine (Allan) Parks of Friendship, Barbara (Derek) Giessel of Arkdale, and Michelle Allen of Oxford; 3 Grandchildren, Dylan Giessel, Alivia Giessel and Monica Ueck; Brothers, Charlie (Marie) Allen and Lawrence Allen; and one sister, Prudence (Alan) McMyler.  Bill is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
