LAWRENCE JOHN PETERS, age 77, of Arkdale, Wisconsin died
Thursday, March 17, 2005 at the St. Joseph's Hospital in
West Bend, WI.Funeral services will be 4:00 pm, Monday,
March 21, 2005 at the Roseberry's Funeral Home in
Friendship, Wisconsin. The Rev. Ronald Hanson will officiate.
Military rites will be offered by the Adams VFW Post #6279;
the Adams American Legion Red Cloud Post #250; and the Grand
Marsh American Legion Snyder-Richardson Post #273.
Visitation will be at Roseberry’s on Monday from 1 to 4
p.m.
Lawrence was born June 20, 1927 Valders, WI to Chester
and Amanda (Roth) Peters. He is a veteran of WWII, serving
in the Army in the European theater of war. Lawrence worked
as an electrician for the City of Milwaukee before retiring
to Adams County, Wisconsin in 1988. He enjoyed the company
of his family and friends, as well as the outdoors,
gardening, hunting and campfires.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents; an infant
son (Michael); and Dolores Peters.
