GERALD PETERSON, age 77, of Friendship (formerly of Kenosha)
Wisconsin died Thursday, March 24, 2005 at the Moundview
Memorial Hospital & Clinics in Friendship, WI.Funeral
services will be 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2005 at the
Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. The Rev.
Ron Hanson will officiate. Military rites will be offered by
the Adams VFW Post #6279; the Adams American Legion Red
Cloud Post #250; and the Grand Marsh American Legion
Snyder-Richardson Post #273. Visitation will be at
Roseberry’s on Monday from 1 to 4 p.m.
Friends may call at the All Saints Cemetery in Kenosha on
Tuesday, March 29th from 12 Noon until 2 p.m.
Gerald was born February 14, 1928 in Stanley, Wisconsin
the son of Alvin and Mabel (Johnson) Peterson. He was a
veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Army. Gerald
married Elda Elaine Androeni on November 3, 1950 in
Waukegan, IL. Gerald worked as a mechanic for the Arco Auto
Carriers of Kenosha. He retired in 1985 and moved to Adams
County in 1986.
Gerald enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, and playing
cards.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents; brothers
(Ralph, Dickie, Rodney, and Jim); and three sisters (Marge,
Lorraine, and Dorothy.)
