 Jerome
"Jerry" F. Borzick Jr., age 58, of Arkdale, Wisconsin passed
away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 3rd, 2005 at the
Villa Pines Living Center of Friendship.
Funeral service will be 12 Noon on Saturday,
May 7th, 2005 at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in
Friendship. Cremation will follow the traditional service.
Visitation will be at Roseberry’s on
Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Jerry was born May 5th, 1946 in
South Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Jerome and Minnie (Frederick)
Borzick. He grew up in South Milwaukee and worked at
Milwaukee Spring. Jerry moved to Adams County in the early
1990’s.
Jerry enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing
pool, darts, watching his Western Movies, and especially
enjoyed playing the slots at Ho-Chunk and Rainbow Casino.
Jerry was preceded in death by his
parents.

Tonja (Randy) Borzick – Milwaukee, WI
Marie (Jeff) Lewandowski – Milwaukee, WI
Brothers: Eugene (Chris) Borzick – South Milwaukee, WI
Kenneth (Dixie) Borzick – Greenfield, WI
Sister: Doris Gullickson – Dellwood, WI
Grandchildren: Trina, Nadine, Danielle, Alicia, Brandy,
Dustin, Becky, Alyssa, and Tyler
Great-Grandchildren: Angela and Damien
His Best Friend: Black Lab, Whinner
Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and
many friends.
The family would like to thank Doris for
all she did for Jerry, he loved you Aunt Doris. Thank you to
all his friends for the help, support, and generosity you
all showed Jerry.
