Armida "Tina" "Hiller" Herriot,
age 86, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Friday, May 6, 2005 at
the Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11,
2005 at the Roseberry's Funeral Home &
Crematory in Friendship, Wisconsin. The Father James P.
McNamee will officiate. Interment will be at the St. Leo's
Catholic Cemetery, Friendship, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Roseberry's
Funeral Home & Crematory. A Prayer service will be recited
at 6:30 p.m.
Tina was born January 07, 1919 in Rome, Italy to Pietro
and Antonia Borgo. She came to the United States in 1947, as
a war bride. Tina entered the United States on the ship Calavier along with her two daughters, Rosetta and Francine.
She married Pr. Daryl Hiller on April 12, 1947 in Rome,
Italy. The newlyweds settled in the Adams-Friendship area.
Tina took her American Citizenship on November 20, 1956
which made her very proud. Over the years Tina became a
familiar figure in the community and a friend to many. She
had a great love for her children, grandchildren, and
great-great-grandchildren. Tina will be remembered for her
love of gardening, her kindness to others, and her love of
knitting and sewing.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and
sister.
