Fred William Lewke, age 73, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Monday, August 7, 2006 at his home.

In accordance with Fred’s wishes, he was cremated and no services were held.

Fred was born November 23, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to Fred and Mae (Dick) Lewke. He worked as a truck driver. Fred moved to Adams County in 1973 from Illinois. He married Eva Beeman on July 26, 1975 in Iron County, Michigan.

Fred worked at the Adams County Landfill, where he enjoyed working with the people.

Fred enjoyed flying airplanes, building model airplanes, and driving his jeep.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents, and one son (Scott Lewke).
