Josephine Ilene Schonasky, age 72, of Coloma, Wisconsin died Thursday, August 10, 2006 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a struggle with cancer.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2006 at the Roseberry's

Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Chaplain JoAnn Chase will officiate. Cremation will follow the traditional service.

Visitation will be 1 to 3 p.m. on Monday at Roseberry's Funeral Home.

Josephine was born November 12, 1933 in Bear Valley, Wisconsin to Arnold and Terry (Wanless) Grell. She married George John Schonasky on June 28, 1956 in Adams, Wisconsin. Josephine worked on a potato farm until her retirement last year.

Josephine was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Terry; husband, George; five sisters, Mary Greenwood, Bernetta Lonear, Evelyn Haas, Dorothy Raczkowski, and Margaret Grell; four brothers, Louis, Frank, Hubert, and Walter.

The family would like to thank Hospice Care and special thanks to Jelayne Hollingsworth for spending a lot of time with mom.
