Terrance Nickolas Mitchell,
age 63, of Adams, Wisconsin died Friday June 16, 2006 at the
Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin.
Terrance was cremated and private services were held.
Terrance was born November 27, 1942 in Minneapolis,
Minnesota to Neil and Jean (Smith) Mitchell. He married
Frances Lillian Leonardo.
Terrance was preceded in death by his parents; one son,
Tony and one brother, Mike.
