Lee Armstrong Sr., age 83, of Friendship, Wisconsin died
Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at the Moundview Memorial Hospital
& Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November
10, 2006 at the Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship,
Wisconsin. Pastor Sam Downey will officiate. Cremation will
follow the traditional service.
Visitation will be 1p.m. until the time of service on
Friday at Roseberry's Funeral Home.
Louis was born July 19, 1923 in Cylone, Minnesota to
Logan and Pearl (Tribbey) Armstrong. He married Mary C.
Marti on February 19, 1946 in Val Praisol, Indiana. They
moved to Friendship, WI in 1947. He was employed at the Boat
Factory, Bowers Feed Store, Harvester Silo and Road
Construction. A man of all trades, he also farmed and loved
helping his friends and neighbors.
Louis enjoyed raising pigs and having pig roasts, working
on old cars, trucks and machinery.
He was preceded in death by parents, sister, Mildred;
brothers, Carl, Glen, Howard, Robert, and Festus.
