James "Jim" Edwards, age 73 of Friendship, WI died
Saturday, September 30, 2006 at home following a long
illness with Kidney failure.
A memorial services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday,
October 3rd at Roseberry's Funeral Home in
Friendship. Rev. Richard Ferris will officiate. Visitation
will be on Tuesday at Roseberry's from 10 a.m until time of
services.
James was born April 29, 1933 in Beloit, WI the son of
David and Elizabeth (Short) Edwards. He married Marge Butler
on September 14, 1979 in Janesville, WI. Jim was a detective
for the Rock County Sheriff�s Department. He started coming
to Adams County deer hunting 50 years ago and moved here 14
years ago. He loved hunting, camping, fishing and being on
his Ham radio N9U00.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents and a infant
brother.
