Frederick
A. Raumann, age 77, of Adams, Wisconsin died Friday, May 11,
2007 at the Divine Savior Extended Care Nursing Home in
Portage ,Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16,
2007 at the Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship,
Wisconsin. Rev. John Stake will officiate. Interment
will be at the Quincy Cemetery, Town of Quincy, Adams
County, Wisconsin. Military rites will be offered at the
graveside service by the Adams VFW Post #6279; the Adams
American Legion Red Cloud Post #250; and the Grand Marsh
American Legion Snyder-Richardson Post #273.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the
time of service at Roseberry's Funeral Home.
Frederick was born February 21, 1930 in Waukesha,
Wisconsin to William and Meta M. (Hoppe) Raumann. He
graduated from Waukesha High School in 1948. Frederick was a
veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army. He married
Joanne M. Badciong on September 15, 1951 at the Trinity Ev.
Lutheran Church in Waukesha, WI. Frederick worked for the
City of Waukesha for 40 years, retiring in 1985. He and his
wife moved to the Town of Quincy in 1992.
Fred enjoyed fishing, hunting, and traveling.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents.
