Michael Yuszcak, age 85, of Necedah, Wisconsin died
Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the Crest View Nursing Home in
New Lisbon, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October
17, 2007 at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Friendship,
Wisconsin. Father James P. McNamee will officiate. Interment
will be at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery in Niles,
Illinois. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 9
a.m. until the time of service.
Michael was born November 11, 1921 in Dudynce, Poland to
Peter and Katherine (Polna) Yuszcak. During WWII he was
captured and spent in Germany at a labor camp. After the
war, he emigrated to the United States and settled in
Chicago, IL. Mike retired in 1962 and moved to Necedah, WI.
He enjoyed nature, traveling, fishing, and model
railroading.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, sister
Sofia Krutiak, sister Mary Ambicka; sister Julia Kotlarz;
Sister Helen Yuszcak; brother Jan Yuszcak, and his former
wife Helen Yuszcak.
