Kathleen Ruth Vitcenda, age 59, of New Lisbon, Wisconsin died Sunday, August 17, 2008 at her home following a battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 24^th, 2008 at the Tomah Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Tomah, Wisconsin.　　 Mr. Greg Wheeler will officiate.　　 Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at Tomah Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.　

Kathleen was born November 18, 1948 in Sheldon Township, Monroe County, Wisconsin to Rufus F. and Thalia A. (Hisel) Ellefson.　　 She married Donnie Lee Vitcenda on November 26, 1966 in Hillsboro, Wisconsin.　 The couple moved several times before settling in New Lisbon.　

Kathleen enjoyed playing music, gardening, spending time with her family, traveling, and her ministry work.

Kathleen was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents and an infant son.
