Jerry
Arland Wagner, age 61, of Adams, Wisconsin (formerly of
Gwinn, MI and Reedsburg, WI) died Thursday, August 21, 2008
at his home following a short illness.
Memorial services will be 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August
25, 2008 at the United in Christ Lutheran Church in Dellwood,
Wisconsin. Rev. T. Christian Nelson will officiate.
Interment will be at a later date at the Greenwood Cemetery,
Reedburg, Wisconsin. Military rites will be offered at the
church service by the Adams County Firing Squad.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the time of service on
Monday at United in Christ Lutheran Church.
Jerry was born February 1, 1947 in Reedsburg, Wisconsin
to Arland Frank and Alice Louise (Rosenbalm) Wagner.
He graduated from Webb High School in Reedsburg, WI in
1965. Jerry served in the Air Force for 20 years. He was
veteran of the Vietnam War. Jerry married Constance Rutter;
this marriage was blessed with three children before ending.
Jerry married Eileen Canney on December 8, 2001 in Gwinn,
Michigan. Jerry enjoyed reading, playing cards, and
watching educational and game shows. Jerry was a former
commander American Legion Post #349 in Little Lake,
Michigan.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
