Richard
"Dick" Walter Prill, age 78, of Adams, Wisconsin (formerly
of Milwaukee) was called home on October 14, 2008 at the
University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October
18, 2008 at the
St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Mauston, Wisconsin. Pastor
Collin Vanderhoof will officiate. Interment will be 11:00
a.m. on Monday, October 20th, at the
Arlington Park Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until the time of service
on Saturday at St. Paul�s Lutheran Church.
Richard was born August 9, 1930 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
to Henry and Ida (Zirzow) Prill. He graduated from Boys Tech
High School in Milwaukee after learning the trade of Cabinet
making. Richard married Marlene Youngs on May 21, 1960 in
Milwaukee. Richard was a member of United Brotherhood of
Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 1053. He worked for
Lange Bros. Woodwork Co., retiring on March 1, 1992 after
sixteen years of service. Richard then moved to his home in
the Town of Quincy later that year.
Richard loved his family and enjoyed bowling, fishing,
cabinetry, polka music, playing the accordion, and his
church.
Richard was a member of St. Paul�s Lutheran Church, where
he helped construct the new church.
Memorials may be directed to the St. Paul�s Lutheran
Church.
Richard was
preceded in death by parents; former wife, Marlene Prill;
brother, Harvey Prill;
Brothers: Raymond
(Estelle) Prill and Wallace Prill; brother-in-law, Rev.
Kermit Biedenbender;

sister-in-law, Betty Prill;
