Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the New Chester Cemetery on Cty Rd. G. Military honors will be presented by the American Legion Honor Guard Post 250-273. Kenneth�s Grandson, Pastor Lyndon Haines will officiate.

Kenneth was born January 7, 1937 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Theodore and Dorothy (Ploughe) Martin. After graduating from high school Kenneth enlisted with the United States Army.  Ken was blessed in marriage with four children, Kem, Dan "Boone", Paula and Kathy and is also loved by his wife Donna.

He worked for B.F. Goodrich and later became a hobby farmer and was very proud of his accomplishments.

Kens hobbies included bowling, hunting, fishing, raising chickens, horses and Black Angus. He took pride in breeding and showing rabbits. Ken was an active participant in raising rescued wild burros. He enjoyed auto racing, especially Indy and NASCAR. Ken was avid supporter and devoted fan of AFHS Basketball.

He appreciated the companionship of many good dogs.

Ken was an active member of the Adams Lions Club and the Jaycees.　

He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore; mother, Dorothy; and sister, Linda.
