Mert Kleven �Joker�, age 72, of , Dellwood, Wisconsin formerly of Rudolph, Wisconsin passed away February 28, 2009 at his home in Dellwood, Wisconsin. 

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mert was born December 13, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to Norvil Kleven and Mary Knight.  He married Darlene Marcoux on December 18, 1959 in Rock Island, Illinois.  Mert was a 1955 graduate of Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

He had been a member of Central Wisconsin Model A Ford Club, Rudolph River Rovers Snowmobile Club, Elks & Moose Lodge and the Monroe Prairie ATV Club.

Mert also enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, boating & camping.

He was known as �Uncle Mert� to his Chicago family and will be truly missed by many, especially his companion Tipper.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents,  Step-father, Orvil Knight and granddaughter, Haley Liska

Survivors include his daughter,  Kelly (Craig) Kleven-Liska of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin

Son, Kent Kleven; 5 Grandchildren:  Colin and Kaley Liska, Carissa, Tiffany and Kyle Kleven

One Great Granddaughter.
