Nick Joseph Rajkovich, age 80,
of Adams, Wisconsin died Thursday, July 2, 2009 at the
Moundview Memorial Hospital & Clinics in Friendship,
Wisconsin. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday,
July 6, 2009 at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in
Friendship, Wisconsin. Father James P. McNamee will
officiate. Interment will be at a later date at the Saint
Adalbert Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Friends may call at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until
the time of Mass.
Nick was born January 13, 1929 in Park Falls, Wisconsin
to Emil and Mary Rajkovich. He served five years in the
Navy. Nick married Betty Thompson on September 29, 1951 in
Memphis, Tennessee. The couple lived in Norfolk, Virginia
for two years while Nick was in the Navy and later made
their home in the Milwaukee area. Nick retired from
Caterpillar after 26 years. The couple then moved to Adams
in 1995.
Nick enjoyed hunting and fishing, he held a hunting camp
at his cabin in Monroe Center for many years.
Nick was a member of St. Joseph�s Catholic Church.
Nick was preceded in death by his parents; son, Michael;
and brothers: Peter and John.
